Thief Stole Items From Ingoldmells Caravan

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for information after a burglary took place at a caravan park in Ingoldmells, Skegness, Lincolnshire.

The burglary took place on the 4th of July at Prominade Caravan Site, Roman Bank in Ingoldmells, at around 3am.

The man in question was disturbed by the occupants of the caravan. However, he stole a handbag which contained money and keys.

The man has been described as being of skinny build and aged in his 20s, the intruder was believed to be wearing a dark baseball cap and dark clothing.

Lincolnshire Police are warning caravan owners in Skegness and those staying in a caravan to close their windows while they are asleep.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police has said that those staying in a caravan in Skegness and surrounding areas such as Boston, Lincoln, and Cleethorpes, should not leave valuable items on display. The spokesman also said that those staying in a caravan should make sure that the doors are properly locked when going to bed or leaving the caravan.
