  • Skegness Pier announces its plans for Oktoberfest

The owners of Skegness Pier who have plans to extend it, has announced they are hosting their own Oktoberfest celebrations next week.

From Monday, October 18th, until Sunday September 24th, Skegness Pier new bar – Playa at the Pier – will be hosting the Oktoberfest event.

Paige Harris, head of marketing at Skegness Pier, said: “We are delighted to be bringing Oktoberfest to our seaside town this year for the first time ever.

“The celebration of Bavarian culture will bring people together for the ultimate celebrations and we can’t wait to see everyone having fun in classic German outfits.”

The event is expected to attract local residents and holidaymakers. There will be live music from local artists and a variety of local beers and great food to try. It is going to be an event not to be missed.
