Care Home In Grantham Closed To Visitors Due To COVID Outbreak

  • Grantham care home temporarily closed to visitors due to Covid-19 outbreak

 

A care home in Grantham has announced it has had to close temporarily to visitors due to an outbreak of Covid-19. This is a temporary measure.

Local authorities confirmed that Kings Court Nursing Home, that is located on Church Street, Grantham has closed to deal with the outbreak.

Natalie Liddle, acting head of service at Health Protection, said: “We can confirm there has been a Covid outbreak at Kings Court, Grantham.

“We have been working with the home management since we were made aware of the outbreak.

“The home is temporarily closed to visitors while the outbreak is being dealt with.

“The council’s health protection team were contacted at an early stage and have been working closely with management of the home to tackle the outbreak – everyone in the home is safe and well
