Pair Face Crown Court After Boston Esso Petrol Station Burglary

  • Pair to face crown court judge after Boston petrol station burglary

 

Two people were arrested after Lincolnshire police received reports of a burglary in progress at Boston Esso Petrol Station in Johns Adams Way at 10.48pm on August 18th 2021.

One of the men accused of burglary has been remanded in custody to stand trial at Lincoln Crown Court later this month while the other man was granted conditional bail.

Marcus Roberts-Fogerty, 36, of Bridgewater Lane, Pinchbeck, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court accused of burglary at the Esso Petrol station. He was remanded until he appears at Lincoln Crown Court later this month.

Also appearing at Lincoln Magistrates Court was Darren Matthews, 49, of Double Street, Spalding. He was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary at the Esso petrol station. Matthews was granted conditional bail. His case was committed to the crown court for sentencing.
