Man charged over sexual assault in outdoor area of Cleethorpes bar
Humberside police have today confirmed that a man has been charged after a woman reported being sexually assaulted in Cleethorpes.
According to a spokesman for Humberside police, the woman was allegedly sexually assaulted on Sunday September 5th in the outdoor area of a bar.
The woman entered the outdoor area of a bar on the North Promenade at around 4.45pm when she was approached by a man.
Humberside Police have said they are investigating the incident and a 24-year-old man has been charged.
Although the man has been charged, Humberside are asking for any witnesses to the incident to come forward. A spokesman for Humberside police has asked for anyone who has any information to contact them on 101 quoting crime reference 16/88452/21.
