  • Prices for petrol in Lincoln have been rising fast. We have put together the ten cheapest petrol stations in Lincoln to fill up.

At a time when the cost of living has gone through the roof and energy bills are increasing at a worrying rate, petrol prices have now increased like never before. We have looked at all the petrol stations in Lincoln to find out which are the cheapest.

With petrol prices so high, more people than ever before in Lincoln are now car sharing. The average cost now to fill up a 55-litre fuel tank is £100.52. Delivery companies and Taxi companies are now becoming worried about fuel costs. Some have been absorbing the increase while others have been forced to put their prices up.

Some petrol stations have warned that petrol could increase to £2 a litre. If that does happen, then jobs in the delivery industry could be put at risk. The Government are being called on to do more, but at the moment there is lots of talk and little action.

The RAC are advising vehicle owners to shop around to find the best deals. We have seen some petrol stations charge as much as 1.80 per litre and we have had reports that some petrol stations are charging more than that.
