Tennessee Larue is pleased to announce the release of his first Sonic Design Studio label gospel CD. The CD is titled “Songs From My Father”. Cox is known as Tennessee Larue and his buttery voice has been known and enjoyed in the music business since 1969. This new CD is an opportunity for his fans to add to their library of country gospel music. It’s also a great way for new fans to recognize the talent of his music and presentation.

The music scouts at Sound Out described the CD as “Great lyrics, flawless lead vocals, and a voice to kill for.” Karrang! Magazine offered an artist review saying, “Tennessee Larue brought the world back in touch with music that ears were meant for.”

The singer/songwriter spoke to an interviewer recently, “I started in the music business in the late 60s, writing songs and music. I play several instruments, including playing for some of the best country artists. I was a guitarist for the late, great Buck Owens. My first recording contract came in Nashville in 1999.”

Touring takes up six months each year. The artist has a roster of fans that exceeds 100,000 and continues to grow. He was inducted into the Honor Society earlier this year in the category of Performing Arts And Music, and is also listed in the Cambridge Who’s Who. He credits his fan base as the inspiration for his music.

Cox stays in close contact with his fans through Twitter, Face book and other social media activity. The latest CD is expected to add to his popularity with fans and reviewers alike. One blogger commented recently, “Tennessee Larue lays it on the line with every song.” The gospel CD is no exception.
