The Rose and Crown, Norfolk Hotel review

rose and crown norfolk

Norfolk is a beautiful place to visit with many great hotels but I decided I didn’t want to stay in a hotel on my recent visit to Norfolk and instead I wanted something special, somewhere where I was not a number and was a person, basically I wanted to be treated with special consideration and feel like I king, so I decided to stay at The Rose and Crown which dates back to the 14th century and is situated at Old Church Road, Snettisham, Norfolk.

The Rose and Crown is a bed and breakfast as well as a very charming public house where rooms cost £90 a night which is cheap at half the price. When you look at the Rose and Crown you would not expect this charming bed and breakfast to have 16 bedrooms but as the Tardis on Doctor who, it is a lot bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside.

'Norfolk Rose And Crown Is A Must Star For Quality Accomodation '

The rooms are very stylish and you can tell that great care has been made to keep the bedrooms in touch with the style of the pub and the area surrounding the bed and breakfast. If you are expecting a Premier Inn look then you can forget it because the owners of the Norfolk Rose and Crown have gone to great lengths to make each and every room stylish with quality beds and stylish furniture.

As you would expect in quality accommodation nowadays, at the Norfolk Rose and Crown you have a television in your room as well as a radio, tea and coffee making facilities but what is really nice is, you have magazines and books for you to enjoy as well as a guide to the Norfolk area.

The Bathrooms are roomy and have power showers and expensive fluffy white towels and if you think that just because this is a bed and breakfast that you will not receive a quality bathroom then think again.

If you are on business or just want to bring your computer along to keep you entertained then the Rose and Crown in Norfolk provide you with free Wi-Fi.

I have visited many bed and breakfast and I have to say that there has not been many where the accommodation is such a high quality and with regards to some hotels I have stayed in, the Rose and Crown can give a lot of them a run for their money.

The Rose and Crown is truly value for money that shouts out quality and charm and as for the owners and the staff, they should be congratulated for the service that they provide.

On a slightly down side, there was some noise from the pub but only on small occasions and you should expect that if you are staying at a public house accommodation.

Overall the Rose and Crown in Norfolk is somewhere you should stay if you are thinking of visiting Norfolk. It is top hotel quality in a nice charming bed and breakfast that will provide for your every need.
