Brooke Mueller, 34, Charlie Sheen and her legal team were hoping that a plea deal would be on the table for her cocaine possession case but according to new reports, the prosecution are refusing to offer such a deal and now Charlie Sheen ex-wife could be facing up to seven years in jail.

The legal team of Brooke Mueller were hoping that the case could even be dropped out but it seems that the prosecution wants to make an example out of Brooke Mueller and are prepared to go for the maximum sentence. Brooke Mueller legal team are now hoping to be able to strike a deal with the judge but reports are now suggesting that is not going to happen which means the sexy actress could be facing jail.
