According to Simon Cowell with all of his years in the music business he knows what is best for the lads of One Direction when it comes to style, not sure how the X Factor boss knows about style when he does not have any himself.

One Direction Niall Horan wanted to dye his hair black but Simon Cowell the style king has put his foot down and told Niall that he is not allowed to change his hair and should listen to him because he knows all about style and knows what the girls want. The X Factor boss has told the One Direction singer that he is worried about losing fans if he changes his hair colour.
Niall Horan is not happy and was desperate to lose his blond hair but his boss Simon Cowell has warned him not to change anything about his hair without asking first and the young singer is not happy.
A source said: “Simon still controls a lot about the band down to the finest detail,”
“Niall was desperate to get rid of his blond locks and go black just for an experiment, like loads of normal teens.

The X Factor boss is hoping One Direction will become the biggest boy band of all time, even beating the likes of Take That and the way things are going, the young lads could be heading that way.

But it seems Harry decided that the relationship was moving too fast and was becoming too serious, so he decided to call it a day. According to reports, Caroline Flack was not expecting the break up. A source told the Sun: "It was never going to work and Harry knew that. "The split happened very quickly after Harry made the decision to call it a day. He spoke to Caroline and explained that he thought it was best they break up. They've been spending a lot of time together so it's a blow to Caroline, who was serious about the relationship. After their romance became public it put a lot of pressure on young Harry. He'll be spending a lot of time in the US with the band this year so knows it will be hard to keep things on track." The source added: "It's an amicable split and they've decided to stay friends. "Even since Harry ended it they've been talking on the phone." Sources also said band advisers believed the pair's age difference could damage One Direction's clean-cut image.
