Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan who is in the media more for her troubled life than her acting career has said she did not start a fight in the Standard Hotel on Wednesday night but according to a witness the actress was the instigator.
The witness told TMZ the incident began after a misunderstanding happened between the two sides while they were both partying at the Smoke and Mirrors nightclub inside the Standard Hotel.

According to the witness who was with the girl that got into the fight with Lindsay Lohan, the trouble started when the girls were dancing near each other and Lindsay Lohan tapped the girl on the shoulder and asked her aggressively if she had bumped into her?
He girl who was shocked at being accused told Lindsay Lohan that she thought it was one of the guys in the actress group and then pointed to the guy she thought it was.

Lindsay replied, "That's my dad ... why would he bump me?"

The girl shot back, "You go clubbing with your dad?"
Lindsay Lohan then snapped according to the witness who then claims Lindsay Lohan began cussing at her friend and then threw a drink at her face.
According to the witness, Lindsay’s dad saw what happened and then grabbed his daughter.
However Michael Lohan appeared on TMZ Live and denied his daughter had done anything wrong and denied she chucked a drink and claims that his daughter was the victim and the other girl threw the drink.
If Lindsay Lohan was innocent or not it does not look good for Lindsay Lohan who is trying to get her career back on track.

The accident happened in September 2010 where a witness has claimed they saw the actress run a red light in her sports car in West Hollywood. The witness has also claimed that they saw Lindsay Lohan hit the nanny with her car as she was pushing a stroller across the intersection which backs up the claim of the nanny. The witness has also said that three of the four wheels on the stroller became airborne and was worried about the safety of the baby. The nanny, Nubia Del Carmen Preza said that the baby was not injured but she was and that is why she suing Lindsay Lohan. 'Lindsay Lohan Being Blaimed For Car Accident 'The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages but Lindsay Lohan is said to be fighting the case all the way.

Lindsay Lohan took part in a Marilyn Monroe Playboy shoot which leaked online last week which forced Playboy to bring forward the issue featuring the sexy pictures.
Lindsay said to Playboy magazine: "Sex and sexuality are a part of nature, and I go along with nature. Knowing yourself and your body is so important because it gives you confidence, and in life, women need confidence.”
"It's a very male-dominated world to begin with, so knowing yourself and being comfortable with your body is an important thing for me as a woman. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but this is mine."
Lindsay spoke openly about her recent problems where she explained that she was responsible for her actions.
"Ultimately we are each responsible for ourselves and for our actions. Looking back, I probably would have listened to and taken more advice from the people whom I admire and would have followed through with it more.
"My stubbornness at 18 and 19 years old got in the way. During the past five years, I've learned that time flies faster than you think, and because you only live once you have to learn from your mistakes, live your dreams and be accountable."
