Showbiz News. Russell Brand and Katy Perry have only been married for 14 months but the fairytale marriage is over after Russell Brand filed for divorce and according to sources the singer is shocked and deeply upset.
An insider has said the marriage did not stand a chance and the couple were the wrong pairing. According to the insider the couple made a huge mistake in getting married and spent more time apart than they did together.

According to reports Russell Brand decided to file for divorce after Katy Perry said she did not want to start a family just yet and Russell felt their was no alternative but to divorce the singer.
The couple have a hectic work schedule it this put a few nails in the coffin with the couple never being able to spend time together. But according to reports the couple were not suited. Russell Brand wanted to stay home and spend time with his wife while Katy Perry wanted to go out and party.
A source close to the couple has said this is definitely the end and there is no going back.
