Soap Gossip. Coronation Street Carla is still shocked over the Frank rape court verdict. After feeling happy over securing a new contract she arrives back at Underworld only to be shaken by a nasty surprise. Rose and Jason bring a new meaning to passion when they make the earth move. The loved up couple are kissing passionately in the ban when the hand brake slips and the van rolls forward and smashes into a car leaving Jason worried about what Owen will say. Jason decides to do what he does best and lies about the accident and blames another driver but the truth comes out when Rosie tells a reporter about the accident and it gets published in the Gazette. |

Jason is worried that Owen is going to find out the truth about the car accident and matter get worse when the story is printed in the Gazette leaving the dim witted builder looking at ways to hide it from Owen. Unfortunately for Jason, Owen sees the newspaper article and fires him leaving Jason upset and worried. Jason tells Rosie that he has been sacked expecting her to comfort him but she is not happy after receiving news that she has been sacked from the road safety campaign due to the accident appearing in the newspaper.
