We spoke to Susan Miles who has gone through the Gastric Band Hypnosis procedure, which is also known as gastric hypno band, and she said it was the best thing she had ever done.
Susan said: “At first I was worried about being hypnotized, I had seen people being hypnotized on television but when I spoken to the Gastric Band Hypnosis expert before hand they told me it was nothing like you see on television and it was a relaxing and safe process.”
“I was 16 stone before I had the Gastric Band Hypnosis technique and now thanks to the hypnotherapy technique my weight has gone down to 12 stone and I am still losing weight.”
Susan explained that losing weight with the technique was easy and now instead of having cravings all the time and eating when she was stressed or bored she only eat when she was hungry and found herself eating smaller portions.
Some GP’s in the UK are now referring their patients to have the gastric band hypnosis weight loss technique, as it is much cheaper than having a real gastric band fitted.
Instead of the UK becoming a hot spot for obesity the weight loss hypnosis technique can help the UK become healthy and slimmer and allow men and women who have struggled to lose weight to become healthy and achieve their weight loss goal.

A woman who had never heard of Weight Loss Hypnotherapy which helps people lose weight without surgery decided after seeing stories of celebrities lose weight fast through going under the knife decided she would have Weight Loss Surgery to help her become her ideal weight. Joanna McDermott decided to have a Gastric Band fitted which is also known as Gastric Bypass in her battle to Lose Weight Fast has explained how having Weight Loss Surgery caused her a great deal of pain as well as causing her marriage to breakdown.
As reported in the Mirror newspaper, Joanna McDermott paid £8,500 to have a Gastric Band fitted to lose weight. Joanna who had never heard of Weight Loss Hypnosis, weighed more than 20 stone and wanted to be slim so she turned to having a Gastric Band fitted because she thought the operation was like a magic wand that would change her life forever, but three years on and she regrets having the operation which has left her constantly ill and has even resulted in her gaining weight instead of losing weight.
"Having the gastric band fitted has ruined my life," says Joanna. "Not only has it been a waste of money, but I've never felt so sick in my life. I wish I'd never had it done."
"Since the Gastric Band operation, I've never had a full week when I've been able to keep every meal down," she says. "And there have been times when I could not even drink anything because it would all come straight back up."
Joanna became stressed and as a result of all the stress that resulted from having the Gastric Band Bypass, sadly her marriage to her husband ended.
"I used to be a happy-golucky person. Now I'm a prisoner in my own home. I don't even like driving as I feel the stomach pains are so bad they make me unsafe."
"Ironically, the only food I can eat without being sick is chocolate," she says. "And I can only keep that down if I melt it first. The problem is that it's very high in calories."
Joanna has now arranged to have another operation to have the Gastric Band removed.

Sam Alderwish a mother of two decided to try Gastric Hypno Band to lose weight and claims her five and a half stone weight loss was all down to being hypnotised where she was led to believe that she had a real gastric band fitted all thanks to the Gastric Hypno Band technique.
The mother of two decided it was time to lose weight after having an embarrassing moment while shopping for a wedding outfit. Sam explained that she got stuck in a dress and the shop assistant had to cut her free with a pair of scissors causing Sam to be hugely embarrassed and determined to lose weight.
Sam a 36 year old teaching assistant from Birmingham was a size 16 and weighed 13.5 stone, she decided to look into gastric banding but decided that the cost was too high and was concerned about the complications that can happen with the surgery so after looking into Gastric Hypno Band which is also known as Hypno Gastric Band, she decided to go for the hypnotherapy weight loss technique in her battle to become slim and healthy.
The Gastric Hypno Band procedure allowed her to have her mind retrained and allowed her to believe that she had a real gastric band inside her which made her feel like her stomach was smaller and allowed her to become full more quickly and eat less, hence eating less calories and losing weight without worrying about dieting.
She said: 'I was always very slim when I was younger, but after the birth of my second child, four years ago, I just couldn't shift the baby weight.
'I'd snack on chocolate to get me through the day, and finish off the kids' dinners as well as my own - and I was too exhausted to exercise once the kids had gone to bed.
'I knew I'd put on weight, but I didn't realise how big I'd got until I went to buy a dress to wear for a family wedding.
'I saw a beautiful outfit, and thought I'd be able to squeeze into it. But to my horror, I couldn't get it off.
'The girls working in the shop had to get a pair of scissors and cut it off me - I was mortified. My mum and sister-in-law, who I was with, thought it was hilarious, but I was so ashamed.
'When I went to the wedding a week later, a cousin who I hadn't seen for years made a comment about how much weight I'd put on. It was the final straw, and exactly the kick I needed to motivate myself.
'That night, I went on the internet and started Googling gastric bands. I know it seems drastic, but I'd tried to diet in the past, and never got anywhere.
'The only thing stopping me was the cost - and I started to look for a cheaper alternative - and I'm so glad I found out about the virtual surgery.'
Sam said: 'After having the procedure, I immediately felt like my stomach was tighter.
'I went home that night and could barely eat any of my dinner - I just felt full. It was amazing.
'Obviously, logically, I know I haven't had surgery - but the procedure is so convincing, I just don't get very hungry now, and I want to eat healthier foods.
'The weight just fell off, and I'd gone from a size 16 to an eight in three months - even quicker than if I'd had the surgery for real.'
Sam added: 'I'm looking forward to my next wedding invite now - I can't wait for my family to see my new look.'
