It seems that Cheryl Cole fans have now been split on the argument with some of the fans thinking she has had an affair while the others convinced that no relationship ever happened between the pair.

MC Harvey is claiming that Cheryl Cole is denying the alleged affair because it could hurt her image while Cheryl Cole feels MC Harvey is on another planet.
Now it seems Now magazine are joining in the argument after Cheryl Cole has talked about taking legal action against the story. The popular magazine who interviewed MC Harvey and published the story about his relationship with Cheryl Cole have issued a statement giving MC Harvey their full backing.
The statement read: "We completely and wholeheartedly stand by our exclusive and refute any accusation that it contains untruths.
"Michael Harvey himself released a statement earlier this week standing by what he revealed in his interview in Now magazine.
"The article is not defamatory and was published in good faith - we will strongly defend it."
According to a source, the Girls Aloud singer is very angry over the story and feels MC Harvey is just trying to generate some publicity for himself while making a quick buck at the same time. The source claims that Cheryl Cole will take legal action to clear her name and will seek damages from both Now magazine and MC Harvey.
Who either is telling the truth there is one thing for sure, it has certainly put Cheryl Cole and MC Harvey back in the limelight so you could say they are both winners.
