Celebrity News. Film star Halle Berry has the L.A Country Department of Children and Family services at her home at the moment where they are interviewing her over claims that Gabriel Aubry had put her 3-year old Nahla in harm’s way.

According to sources who spoke to TMZ, the visit to Halle Berry home is routine. They have said any time a complaint or allegation is made of abuse or neglect they will interview both parents as a matter of procedure.

According to reports, the investigation is over a claim that has been made that Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny against a door while having the child in her arms.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is at Halle Berry's home right now ... interviewing her over claims that baby daddy Gabriel Aubry had put 3-year-old Nahla in harm's way.

The nanny has also claimed that Gabriel has violently yanked Nahla out of her arms leaving the child and the nanny in distress.

There is also a criminal investigation taking place to look into the matter and see if Gabriel committed the crimes of child endangerment of battery.

Gabriel has not made an official statement over the matter and neither has Halle Berry.
