Monarch Airlines have announced their 2012 winter flight schedule from East Midlands. The low cost flight airline will launch new routes from August 31st which include Tenerife, Lanzarote and Ibiza.
The airline has announced an expanded winter 2012 and summer 2013 schedule of services from the popular East Midlands Airport. Monarch airlines will be adding two new weekly flights to Tenerife which is good news for passengers in the East Midlands area who were forced to go to Manchester or Doncaster to get cheap flights to the Canary Island.

Airline managing director, Kevin George said: “‘we have been delighted by the response to the announcement that we will be opening a new base and new flights from East Midlands Airport this summer. Demand for flights has been already been strong and it is great that hot on the heels of the launch, we are able to expand our network and add new routes to Tenerife, Lanzarote and Ibiza.”
