British Airways Are To Increase Jersey To Gatwick Flights

Great news for the tourist industry in Jersey, after Flybe recently announced their intention to stop flying to Jersey from 29th March 2014, British Airways have announced that they will increase their flights from Gatwick Airport to the popular holiday destination.

Flybe shocked tourist officials in Jersey when they announced that as from the 29th March 2014 they will no longer fly to the island, after they sold their Gatwick slots to Easyjet

With the extra flight, British Airways will not be flying to Jersey six times a week on weekdays and Doug Bannister, Group CEO for Port of Jersey said this was excellent news.
