At age 41, Coach JV Swann faced the fact that his weight was out of control, his blood pressure was dangerously high, and he was at risk of a heart attack. He felt overwhelmed with the idea of trying to lose weight. Before his journey, he was 5’5, 270 lbs, with a BMI of 44.9 and wore a size 44 inch waist pant. After developing and following these 12 steps he was able to turn his life around and become a healthier stronger person. He reached and maintained 194 pounds and now wears a size 36 waist pant.

He understands the battle people face every day and he wanted to help others that struggle like he did. The popular life coach knew that half the battle was losing the weight, and the other half was keeping it off.
