Yes of course their is hope for you! From my years of experience in weights loss, I have never found "dieting" to work for people because this way of thinking has people not feel able to enjoy their food or honour their appetite - when Im working with people I want both, its important to enjoy food and honour our appetite AND to have treats too!
Are you eating 3 meals a day? Often people think that skipping meals or only eating once has them lose weight and it actually has the opposite effect and has the body hold onto fat because the body doesnt know when food will next be there!
