Harrisburg, PA, March 21, 2015CREDO Technology Solutions recently announced a reorganization that distinguishes separate divisions for its two most important growth markets – technical staffing services and project consulting services. The changes are designed to improve the speed and delivery of service to clients, simplify interactions, and position the company for continued growth.

According to President Gregory Bair, “The creation of divisions within the company will increase transparency for the various business functions and help to sharpen our team’s focus on key client initiatives. These changes will improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and help the team become more nimble and responsive to our clients’ business needs.”

CREDO Technical Staffing Division

This division will focus on IT staff augmentation, project staffing and direct hire in both the private and public sectors with a dedicated team of Account Managers and Recruiters. This team’s focus will be on providing qualified resources for technical staffing opportunities that are direct to client and direct to hiring manager.

“In the last year we have seen a strong and steady increase in the demand for world-class IT talent from our clients,” said Bair. “We’ve invested in a powerhouse Technical Staffing Delivery Team – a group of skilled professionals with 20+ years of experience, extensive resources and deep industry connections. A dedicated division will help to clarify our focus and better leverage our internal resources for meeting the growing demand in the technical staffing market.”

CREDO Project Consulting Division

This division will focus on project-based solutions and managed IT services in both the private and public sectors with a dedicated team of consultants and project managers with experience in established and emerging technologies.

“Prior to the changes, our growth had created some cross-over in our roles and responsibilities. This necessitated an organizational realignment to create two divisions. It allowed us to reposition some individuals to more specifically focus on their core area of expertise,” said CEO Jogi Daita. “Streamlining and simplifying our operating model not only provides a better line of sight to our business objectives, but it gives our team the tools and the focus they require to serve the needs of our clients.”

CREDO Technology Solutions (Corporate Shared Services)

As part of the realignment to improve the company’s focus on client needs and interactions, CREDO’s Corporate Shared Services division will focus on ALL business operations needed to support the Technical Staffing Division and the Consulting Division. This team’s focus will be marketing/communications, HR, benefits, financials, insurance and administration.
