The Alameda Hotel in Benidorm is located right in the centre of Benidorm close to all the entertainment, shopping venues, Restaurants and bars making it an ideal hotel if you want to be in the thick of all the action. The beach is only 150 metres away which is another plus point for the Alameda Hotel but to be honest this is where the positives really do end. |

If you are wanting a cheap and cheerful hotel then I suppose the Alameda Hotel is a good hotel to stay at because as mentioned it is right in the middle of everything and if you just want to walk across the road to the pub and the entertainment or want to pop to the beach then yes this hotel is ideal for you. But if you are looking for a quality hotel where you could recommend to your family and friends as the perfect family accommodation where you and your family will want for nothing then this is not the hotel for you. 'Alameda Hotel In Benidorm Did Not Impress Us 'The Alameda hotel staff do try and make you feel welcome, I am not going to argue with that and they do provide fresh homemade meals but for me the rooms were not overly exciting. You have your normal telephone and they do provide you with air conditioning which is great and you do receive satellite television but for me it was not a room that I could think yes I feel comfortable here because I didn’t. It did make me feel like I was staying in a budget hotel back in the UK and I wanted more. The hotel does need a modernisation plan put into place, they do need to make it more welcoming and need to tackle some of the major problems that they do have. If they modernised the hotel then I could be tempted to go back and re look at the hotel and do another review but my opinion of the Alameda Hotel at the present moment is not very high. I would say with the hotel being basic with basic facilities that it would be ideal for stag and hen parties but it is not a hotel that would be ideal for a family or a couple wanting a romantic holiday. There is a saying, you get what you pay for and what I would say is, I paid a decent amount to stay in this hotel and felt that I was not getting value for money. In2town Holiday Magazine does not recommend this hotel but again if you want something cheap and cheerful or if you are on a stag or hen party and want something cheap then it could be for you. |
