My Beauty Secrets with Stephanie Waring

Gorgeous Hollyoaks babe, Stephanie Waring who plays Cindy on set shares her beauty secrets with me this month, for those of you who are not familiar with her Hollyoaks character, Stephanie plays Cindy Cunningham, older sister to Max Cunningham.

Cindy was something of a tear away in her day, becoming a teenage mum before getting involved with a number of unsuitable men. Trouble is never too far away from Cindy!

Throughout her many dramatic scenes on Hollyoaks, whether blonde or brunette, Stephanie Waring is a natural beauty and we’re glad she’s taken some time in between filming scenes at the studio to share some tips….

I try to be good and I have a regular routine of cleansing and moisturising to get all the make-up off, but I also think that using simple products from The Body Shop are great like their Vitamin E range, that is just amazing stuff.

I used to have problem skin which sorted itself out with an amazing cream called Aqueous (that’s my secret cream!) you can use it as a cleanser and moisturiser, it is incredible value for 99p, it’s good for the credit crunch too!,

My other top beauty secret has to be concealer I would not leave the house without it, I use it either under my eyes, or for blemishes, I could go without using anything else, but concealer is my definite must have.

If I was stranded on a desert island, I would have to just have concealer, bronzer, Vaseline. Pharmalon is a good thing to have in your medical cabinet, although I doubt we could get some on a dessert island!

I love using Estee Lauder products too when I am filming, I think the trick is to keep the skin clean. Skin can also flare up due to stress, rather than make-up, I think the internal balance of hormones is important too, I take Barocca if I have had a drink or two, or if I am feeling run down or tired from work or being too busy.

Sometimes I take multi-vitamins, if I feel a cold coming on, Echinacea is great. I drink a lot of tea probably 5 cups a day of normal tea, and I drink a lot of juice at night: apple and black currant is my flavour of the month.

For Hair I try to not put too much on there, as I have it washed and dried and straightened every day for filming,, heat protecting products, and a good shampoo and conditioner do the trick, I love Tigi ‘maxed out’.

I have not had any Botox and fillers yet, good luck to who does it but I do not need it right now, I would not rule it out. I love the looks of Charlize Theron, and Eva Mendez, are absolutely gorgeous, Cheryl Cole is so very naturally pretty.

I am a very healthy eater, lots of fruit, and I eat of vegetables, my favourite fruits have to be mango pineapple.

I exercise as much as I can a week, 15 minutes every other day.

I think my eye are most attractive feature, men say my eyes look nice. My ideal man is Wentworth Miller, from Channel 4’s Prison Break, and my favourite three things in life, my daughter Mia, my job, and my family,
