Bowel cancer, headaches, fatigue, wrinkly skin, spotty skin, bad
breath, urinary tract infections and many more ailments are related to
dehydration. Of course, these are extremes to it but it certainly leads
to this from years of neglect. Many people are not aware of how
important it is for one to keep their water intake regular and
constant. Studies have shown that people who drink enough water on a
daily basis are less likely to suffer from bowel cancer and have a
healthier glow to their skin. Even when at work, people forget to take
a trip to the nearest water coolers.
There is no real excuse not to drink water in the UK. The fact that we
have almost everything available to us, we take it for granted the
clean running tap waters that are available free. There are plenty of
places that offer water, which are not just supplied from a tap, but
also from clean bottled water coolers, such as offices, gyms, health
spas, company buildings, schools, hospitals and precincts. My advice is
as soon you see an available water cooling unit, just help yourself and
drink up.
Even though water coolers have been deemed environmentally unfriendly,
because of the plastic bottles, one cannot deny the importance of
keeping people hydrated in order for them to fully function at work.
Studies have shown that people who do not drink enough water are more
likely to feel sluggish and struggle in concentrating whilst at work.
Furthermore, if they are working on a computer all day, they have a
higher risk of suffering from headaches and migraines.
Those who are working within the sports and recreation
industry are more likely to feel dehydrated faster than any other
person is. This is due to the excessive perspiration from their
workout, which will need to be replaced almost immediately. People, who
fail to remember to replenish their body with water, will notice their
body tiring out and their muscles weakening. They are more likely to
have drier skin than normal and feel fatigued when taking part in an
exercise.
Those looking to lose weight
and have taken up a routine of exercising will find it harder to burn
off the fat, as the lack of water makes the fat turn into a rubber like
consistency. This makes it harder to metabolise. Drinking more water
will help speed up the process of weight loss, by flushing out all of your toxins and helping to maintain your optimal weight. This is also a natural appetite suppressant, so this could help curb all of your cravings if you get into a habit of taking more trips to your water cooler or tap.
One most important thing about water is that it is essential for life
and it keeps you looking younger. This is a natural miracle worker,
which helps to keep the skin clear of toxins and looking refreshed at
all times. This is something that everybody would need to do on a
regular basis in order to keep up a healthy lifestyle. Most people have
become accustomed to running at second best, as they are not aware of
just how dehydrated their body maybe.
Keep in mind that even if you feel you are not thirsty it is a good
idea, to drink a two-litre bottle throughout the day - a few sips at a
time are all you need to do as long as you drink the required amount.
