 We have all heard about the credit crunch, and people are finding it hard having to take on more work and part time jobs, but to hear news about a superstar having a part time job is amazing.The best singing sensation to hit our charts for many years Rihanna has been caught moonlighting as a tattoo artist in New York and it has caused a huge stir with the media and her fans. Rihanna was spotted wielding a needle in Manhattan parlour East Side Ink on Wednesday night, and according to reports she etched umbrella designs and the letter R on three resident artists. The session could end up costing her dear, because tattooists need a license to hold a needle in New York. Lawmakers tell the website Rihanna could be fined almost $2,000 (£1,300) for the three misdemeanour offences. A New York City Health Department Spokesperson says, "Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City's Health Code. We are sending someone down to follow up on this."
