Cheap Flights to Turkey are becoming number one choice |

Cheap Flights to Turkey have
helped Turkey gain more British tourist with cheap flights to Turkey from £90
return Turkey is becoming the UK Holiday makers first choice due to the poor
performance of the Euro in2town Lifestyle Magazine travel expert Chantelle Ellis
has announced.
Turkey has become more popular
than Spain with the cheap flights that are being offered with a number of
airlines as well as the poor Euro compared to the value for money Turkish Lira.
Holidaymakers who normally
travel to Benidorm and Majorca are now turning their backs on the Spanish
resorts and heading off to Turkey instead which has become great news for the
Turkish Tourist board.
In2town Magazine asked 100
people who travelled to Spain in 2009 where they would be travelling to in 2010
for their holiday and the results showed that Spain need to pull their socks up
to attract the fleeing British tourist who are heading to pastures new or in
this case Turkey.
We found that 71 of the people
we asked who travelled to Spain in 2009 intend to travel to Turkey in 2010 with
51 holiday makers blaming the Euro for their change of holiday destination.
Although this is good news for
the Turkish Tourist board, we did discover that 40 out of the 51 people who are
travelling to Turkey due to the poor value Euro would return to Spain if the
Euro gave them better value for money, which means that this could be a short
lived craze.
